Rooms and bathrooms are medium size and in good condition. The rooms have been stylishly refurbished in 2008 with modern decor and comfortable bedding.

Seasons Cafe is on the first floor offering breakfast and lunch. The 25th Floor Restaurant & Cocktail bar is on the top floor, with spectacular views of the Sydney skyline, Opera House and Harbour Bridge. The Vard Espresso Bar serving coffee/tea, cold beverages and light snacks is also available on the Ground Floor.

Medium size lobby with a small seating area. There is a designated coach offloading point at the back of the building.

Good value, with easy access to the city centre. Consider booking a Harbour View room for a small additional cost, as the views across the harbour are spectacular, encapsulating Woolloomooloo, Botanical Gardens and across to Circulay Quay. The Deluxe Harbour View rooms are on the higher levels of the building with the best views. MN0209.
