In the heart of Chinatown opposite the popular Paddy's markets and just a few minutes walk to Darling Harbour, central railway station, Queen Victoria Building, shops and theatres. Buses are available outside the hotel and it is just a quick ride to the Star City Casino and Circulay Quay.

Rooms are compact, but neatly furnished with comfortable amenities, including internet, self controlled air conditioning, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, tea & coffee etc.
The hotel offers a restaurant on the ground floor, as well as a bar with an entrance on George Street. There is no shortage of options however, as the hotel is surrounded by a great variety of excellent dining outlets to suit all budgets.
The lobby is small and charming. It displays memorabilia to highlight the history of the hotel, including framed photographs, letters and hotel bills dating back to 1936, old fashion telephones and original architectural features. Adjacent to the reception area is a lockable private bathroom with shower and fresh towels for early arrivals or late departures. There are also full size lockers available for luggage storage, internet kiosks and a business centre.
This is a charming, well run budget property in a fantastic location. Very well suited to the leisure traveller. There are also gym facilities with modern equipment (small additional charge for access).MN0908.
