The rooms are of small size and kept in fair condition. They are comfortable but are not furnished to a high level, the bathrooms are also in fair condition.
The restaurant is usually only open for breakfast only and is located in a large and grand hall behind the lobby. It is painted white, with a high decorative ceiling being held by pillars.
The reception area is small, but it has been well restored and contains beautiful pillars and carvings. Because the hotel is made up of several buildings, there are a number of small staircases and hallways.
The hotel is a good property situated in great location for exploring the sights and attractions of Copenhagen. It also has a good gym / training room for working out, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
