Hotel is located very close to the Famous Fenice Theatre and just a couple of minutes walk from San Mark's Square. Despite being so close to Calle XXII Marzo, with its exclusive shops and restaurants, it is nested in a quiet side street that runs along a small pictoresque canal.The closest public boat stop is Vallaresso, then there is a short walk before getting to the hotel. There is also a private dock, right at the hotel, for watertaxi landings.

The rooms are quite spacious, they can be of a different standard depending on the size and furnishings: classic, superior and superior with view. They are furnished in traditional 1800 Venetian style, enriched by precious damask curtains and bed covers. Some rooms boost romantic poster beds. Other precious objects, often seen in the rooms, are the beautiful glass blown chandeliers, tipical of the Masters of Murano Island. The bathrooms are very stylish with big, dark brown, rectangular tiles on the walls and floors, white bathroms suites and transparent shower doors. Rooms and bathrooms are equipped with all the modern tecnology and comfort, such as satellite TV on flat screen, WI-FI internet connection, minibar, safe and air conditioning.
There is a cosy and luminous breakfast room on the first floor.
The lobby is medium in size with a small original well in the middle. On both sides of the wall there is the access to 2 impressive marbled staricases, that lead to the floors, and join together to separate again before reaching the next floor.
Excellent new property in an ideal location. The environment is definitely the one of a superior category hotel. This is an historical building which has preserved some of its original features like the typical Venetian floors. CQ 05/08
