Palazzo Priuli is located only 5 minutes walking distance from San Mark's Square in a quiet area in the heart of the city. The palace is romantically positioned alongside two picturesque little canals. The hotel also has a dependent property only 10 metres away, called Ca' Priuli and another one, along the canal named Rio de l'Osmarin, at about 20 metres distance. It is easy to reach either by pubblic transportation and by water taxi. The nearest pubblic boat stop is San Zaccaria.

Rooms vary in size, from medium to large, they are comfortable and furnished with original Neo-Renaissance pieces from the late nineteenth century, hand-wrought iron chandeliers with Murano glass globes, and rich, supple velvets. The antiques furnishings, the precious fabrics and much attention to details contribute to create that ancient atmosphere of a Venetian, noble home. Both rooms and the beautiful marble bathrooms are in excellent condition. All rooms are equipped with all the modern comforts. There are also deluxe rooms and stunning junior suites with original fire place and canal view for unforgettable stays. Clients can be allocated in the dependant Casa Nicolo' Priuli, 10 meters away, located along the canal named Rio dell'Osmarin, in deluxe or canal view rooms.
Breakfast is served in the charming "salone" of the palace, located on the first floor and overlooking the canal Rio de l'Osmarin or in the inner courtyard of Casa Nicolo' Priuli at clients choice. It is elegantly appointed with original Neo-Gothic and Neo-Renaissance pieces from the late nineteenth-century, Murano glass chandeliers, and precious oriental rugs. There are reproductions of great works by the Venetian artists Bellini and Mantegna.
Lobby is medium in size and presents an original well on the side of a magnificent marble staircase. Antiques are placed here and there to create, together with beautiful and colourful windows a special atmosphere that takes back to a glorious past.
The palace was built in the late XIV century for the Procurator Giovanni Priuli and was among the first constructions in the city to incorporate several of the architectural innovations from the recently completed Doge's Palace. The ancient Priuli home has now became a beautiful hotel offering modern facilities and comfort within the settling of an authentic rich history of Venice's palace. This is a very unique property. The owner's aim is to recreate the ancient atmosphere where the illustrious Priuli family lived and to offer an unforgettable stay for his guests.
