Most of the rooms of this ancient house have external bathrooms, one bathroom to every one or two rooms, due to the fact that the building is an historical property and must be preserved. All the rooms boast a full or partial view of the lagoon and are furnished with antiques which are part of the heritage of the Seguso family. Quad rooms boast a fantastic view over the Giudecca Canal with its beautiful churches and typical Venetian houses and palaces.
There is a good and charming restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch or dinner to the guests only.
The lobby is very small and gives access to the restaurant and to a cosy and intimate seating area. Everywhere you find pieces of art and testimonies of history.
Charming hotel, run by the same family that converted its own home into hotel at the beginning of the 20th century. Due to the delicacy and preciousness of the furnishings this hotel is suitable for guests who appreciate history and antiques. This hotel is definitely of a superior standard. CQ 05/08
