The hotel is located just a 3-minute walk from North exit of JR Okubo Station which is only one stop from JR Shinjuku Station. Only a 15-minuites walk will also bring you to JR Shinjuku Station, the busiest train station in the world. From Narita International Airport, it takes about 2 hours by Airport Limousine to Shinjuku Station and then about 10-minute to the hotel by taxi. Alternatively, take Narita Express (NEX) train from Narita Airport to JR Shinjuku Station (for about 80 minutes), then change to JR Sobu Line for Okubo Station. Read more

All Studio rooms are located in East Tower and are medium in size with a double bed. The rooms are all beautifully-appointed with small kitchenette and refrigerator, comprehensive home entertainment system through liquid crystal display television, and high speed broadband internet access (fee charged). The bathrooms are also clean and kept in good condition with minimum amenities.
The hotel has no restaurant but offers Resident's Cafe where the daily continental breakfast will be provided.
The lobby is very small with a small reception, located on the ground floor of East Tower. There are concierge desk and a few sitting place.
The hotel is a kind of serviced apartment style. It composes of two tower buildings facing each other on both sides of a street , the East Tower is for short-stay. Fully serviced apartment type unites are on the upper floors and a commercial complex with a supermarket and restaurants is on the bottom. The West Tower is only for long-term residents.
