The hotel is located in the centre of town, a few minutes from the rail and bus terminal along a main road. The hotel can be found in the heart of the famous Grassmarket, with its charming shops, restaurants and quaint pubs. This is an excellent location, as Edinburgh Castle is opposite, providing great views from the hotel bedrooms.

The hotel can be found in the heart of the famous Grassmarket, with its charming shops, restaurants and quaint pubs. This is an excellent location, as Edinburgh Castle is opposite, providing great views from the hotel bedrooms.
The rooms are medium in size and are kept in very good condition, as are the bathrooms. Rooms are all similar: both bright and spacious. A number of rooms are tailored for guests with disabilities. Rooms have excellent facilities for business travellers.
The hotel has a rooftop restaurant with stunning views across Edinburgh. It is long and narrow, but in an excellent location.
The lobby is medium in size and very bright, with seating available.
Additional facilities for guests' enjoyment include the Yu Spa leisure facility with ozone pool, tropicarium, plunge shower and gym with state-of-the-art technogym equipment. This facility is open daily to residents free of charge.
This is an excellent central hotel, but has limited car parking space available. A parking fee is to be paid at reception. Overall, this is an excellent property with a great central location.
