The property is just 2 minutes walk from the city's magnificent Catholic and Anglican cathedrals. Liverpool John Moores University, the University of Liverpool and the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts are also all within easy walking distance. The building is just moments away from the Grade I listed Albert Dock, home to the Tate Modern. The Walker Art Gallery, Mathew Street, the home of the Beatles and Liverpool One - the city's new retail heart - are also nearby, as is the city's main business district. The transport links are excellent too - It is just 5 minutes walk from Liverpool Lime Street railway station and only 15 minutes drive from Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

Standard facilities throughout the 15 room property include ultra-comfortable beds with Egyptian cotton bed linen, flat-screen TVs and luxuriously appointed bathrooms. If you are a business traveller, work desks, additional desk lighting and high-backed leather chairs are available to be placed in your room on request. In addition to the above facilities, each of the studio suites offer guests a dining area, alongside a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer and an oven and hob. The kitchens feature a full range of cutlery, crockery, and utensils. The studio suites can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

This rate is ROOM ONLY and does not include Continental Breakfast. There is however no Restaurant in the hotel.
