Located in the city centre of Manchester at the bottom of Sackville Street in the middle of Sackville Street campus, University of Manchester. It is only a five minute walk to Piccadilly train station and ten minutes away from the main shopping area with easy access to the nightlife. It also has easy driving access from the A57M.

Single en suite bedrooms with a shower only. Tea and coffee facilities are available in the room as well as towels and toiletries (soap and shampoo). A TV is available in the lounge which is shared by the other seven rooms in the flat. ********(As there are only single rooms: IF A TWIN ROOM IS REQUIRED, you must revert and book 2 single rooms which is charged at the same price per room). IF A TRIPLE OR QUAD ROOM ETC IS REQUIRED - again, it is the responsibility of person booking to book the necessary multiple of rooms required. All prices quoted are per person ********
Restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Weston Building which has internal access. It opens for breakfast from 7am - 10.30am, for lunch 12.30pm - 2pm and for dinner 6.30pm - 9.30pm. It does not open for lunch at the weekends. A full a la carte menu is available. Full English Hot Buffet breakfast is included in this price.
The lobby is medium-sized with tables and chairs with wireless Internet access available on the ground floor. Reception is located in the lobby area, guests will need to enter the hotel through the main entrance of the Weston building to check in at reception. There is internal access to Weston hall.
This is excellent budget type accommodation offering superb value for money.
