The hotel is situated on the shores of Lake Las Vegas, 17 miles (a thirty minute drive) from the famed Las Vegas Strip.
All guest rooms are Mediterranean-themed and have hand-painted armoires and headboards imported from Morocco. Spacious 390-sq.-ft. rooms offering a choice of one king or two double beds, separate work area, wireless Internet access, refrigerator and Portico bath products. Some rooms with Juliet balconies.
A cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a relaxed setting, both indoors and out. One restaurant overlooks the lake and offers fine dining with an Asian flair. Other eateries include a coffee bar, a bar and grill located poolside, a lobby lounge, and a private dining room. 24 hour room service is also available.
The lobby is medium-sized with windows that accent the Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course and lake. Adjoining to the lobby is the Arabesquere Lounge which has outside access to the spectacular views.
The European-style casino features two-story windows opening to an outdoor terrace offering sweeping views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The resort offers premier championship golf. A fitness center is also available and is fully equipped. State of the art spa facilities are available on-site. There are a variety of supervised daytime and evening camp activities for children ages 3 to 12. There is a shuttle that runs to/from the Strip four times daily.
