How do I reserve my room?
The reservation process is as easy as 1-2-3
- Use the search tool to find a hotel in the destination of your choice
- On the search results page, select the hotel you wish to book
- On completing the reservation form, click submit to process your booking
Is it safe to use my credit card ?
Yes. Priorguest uses 128 bit encryption on our ecommerce secured servers. We process your credit card in a secure socket layer which scrambles the code into a non-usable form
Separately to securing the website and processing of all credit cards PriorGuest participate in the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureMode program allowing guests to further verify their credit card details.
Secure Internet ShoppingYour bank in association with the global programmes "Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard®SecureCodeTM", are now offering an enhanced service to protect your credit card against unauthorised use when you shop online.
To avail of this extra secure service, you need to choose a Visa Password or a MasterCard SecureCode to use with your credit card when you are shopping
online with participating merchants. PriorGuest are such a merchant as we take credit card security very seriously.
You can register for the service by contacting your issuing bank. If you are currently enrolled then you will be asked for this password after the reservation page and before booking confirmation page.
PriorGuest accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Laser. Please be aware that while you pay for your booking in full at the time of booking the hotel may require your credit card to do a pre-authorisation upon check-in. This does not mean they intend charging but if you leave the hotel with any unpaid bills for food or drink or if there is any damage to the room they have the ability to charge you. This is a widely used practice by hotels.
Priorguest charge your credit card at the time of booking for the full amount. Therefore it is a requirement that you have the required funds available and a required credit limit available.
The full amount of the reservation is charged to your credit card and you will see Net Affinity, Dublin appear on your credit card statement. The reservation is sent directly to the hotel informing them that a booking has been made with the reservation number issued to you. We do not pass any other information about you to them until 3 days before date of arrival when we supply your name and contact details. Once you have made a successful booking you should print and keep the confirmation page as proof of your booking. In any correspondence with PriorGuest or the hotel directly you should always quote your reservation number.
When will my reservation be at the hotel?The reservation is sent directly to the hotel informing them that a booking has been made with the reservation number issued to you. We do not pass any other information about you to them until 3 days before date of arrival when we supply your name and contact details. Once you have made a successful booking you should print and keep the confirmation page as proof of your booking. In any correspondence with PriorGuest or the hotel directly you should always quote your reservation number.
Once I have made my reservation, will I receive any written confirmation.Priorguest will send an email confirmation to the email supplied at the time of booking. However due to anti-spam solutions it can not be guaranteed that you will receive the email. Non-receipt of the email confirmation does not constitute unsuccessful booking. Please contact Priorguest and we will assist you if you do not receive the booking confirmation.
Where can I find the hotel's telephone number?Priorguest show the phone number on the confirmation page for your booking. If you login to MyBooking section you will also see the details of the hotel which will include the hotel phone number.
How do I cancel my reservation?There are two ways to cancel you booking :
- Use the cancel booking link in the confirmation email we sent to you
- Login to MyBooking section and you can cancel the booking via the cancel link. Please be aware there will be a cancellation policy for each booking.
What is MyBooking?
MyBooking holds a record of all the bookings you have made based on email address used at the time of booking. If you cannot locate or have lost your booking confirmation simply login using the email address you used at the time of booking and the last 4 digits of the credit card used at the time of booking and you can print a fresh booking confirmation.
What if I find a lower price on Priorguest after booking?The price of the booking is only valid at the time of booking and does not affect any other promotions or pricing before or after the booking.
